  • Payments are due promptly on your expiration date.  Past due accounts will be disconnected.  The grace period is approximately 10-12 days.  There will be a $5.00 reconnect charge.   The legal interest rate and collection charges may be applied. 
  • Prices, acceptable use policy and terms subject to change without notice.  We reserve the right to cancel and/or refuse service to anyone who violates TPO acceptable use policies or other terms.
  • Yearly payment purchases 12 months of service.  Early disconnection may result in early disconnection fees.
